Our services are primarily offered in Jackson County and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary depending on location. Please contact us to confirm if we service your specific area.
4. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless clearly stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change if the actual scope of work differs from the initial description. We reserve the right to adjust the final price based on unforeseen circumstances or additional work required.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and service requirements. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the work area is accessible and free from obstructions. Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities or other hidden structures if they are not properly marked.
8. Warranty and Liability
Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC warrants that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any concerns regarding the quality of our work must be reported within 7 days of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and other materials, is the property of Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Bites Lawn Service, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Georgia.
